Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of MOOQ, also known as MUMTAZ, an online quiz and competency assessment platform operated by Universitas Darussalam Gontor. By accessing or using this platform, users agree to comply with these terms.

1. Use of the Platform

MOOQ is provided for academic, institutional, competency assessment, training, and evaluation purposes. Users may access the platform only for lawful and authorized purposes.

2. User Accounts

Users may sign in using approved authentication methods, including institutional Single Sign-On or Google Sign-In. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and must not share their access credentials with others.

3. Assessment Integrity

Users must complete assessments honestly and independently unless otherwise instructed. Any attempt to manipulate, cheat, disrupt, or misuse the assessment process may result in account restriction, invalidation of results, or further institutional action.

4. Exam Results and Certificates

Exam results, scores, feedback, and certificates are generated based on the assessment data recorded by the system. Certificates may only be issued to users who meet the required passing criteria. The institution reserves the right to review or revoke results if irregularities are found.

5. Acceptable Use

Users must not upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operations, reverse engineer the platform, or use the platform in a way that violates applicable laws or institutional regulations.

6. Availability of Service

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable. However, access may be interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, network problems, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform, system design, content, question banks, reports, and related materials are owned or managed by Universitas Darussalam Gontor or authorized contributors. Users may not copy, distribute, or reuse materials without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

MOOQ is provided as an academic and assessment platform. The institution is not liable for indirect losses, technical disruptions, or unauthorized user actions, except where required by applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means that users accept the updated terms.
